Most players in Malaysia already have the tools they need to fund an account: a bank app, a Touch 'n Go eWallet, or online banking. This guide walks through each of the three most common deposit methods, DuitNow QR, TNG eWallet QR and FPX, and explains what to do if something doesn't go to plan.
Whichever method you use, the cashier on the main site is always the starting point. You never need to contact anyone privately to make a deposit, and nobody genuine will ask you to transfer money to a personal account.
Before you start
- Log in from a trusted address. Use your bookmark or the addresses on our official links page, not a link someone forwarded to you.
- Use an account in your own name. Payments and withdrawals should match the name on your player account. Paying from a friend's or relative's account can delay things later.
- Decide the amount first. Set your budget before you open the cashier, not after.
- Check the cashier for limits. Minimum and maximum amounts, and any notes on processing, are shown next to each method.
Depositing with DuitNow QR
DuitNow QR is the national QR standard, so it works with most Malaysian bank apps and many e-wallets. It's a good choice if you'd rather not type in account numbers.
- Step 1: Open the cashier and choose DuitNow QR.
- Step 2: Enter the amount you want to deposit and confirm. A QR code appears on screen, usually with a time limit.
- Step 3: Open your bank app and choose its scan or DuitNow QR option. If you're on the same phone, save a screenshot of the QR and upload it from your gallery, if your bank app allows that.
- Step 4: Check that the amount in your bank app matches the amount you entered in the cashier, then approve the payment.
- Step 5: Keep the receipt screen until your balance updates.
Tip: each QR is generated for one deposit. Don't save it to reuse next time, because the next deposit needs a fresh code.
Depositing with TNG eWallet QR
Touch 'n Go eWallet is convenient if you already keep a balance there for tolls, parking or shopping.
- Step 1: In the cashier, choose TNG eWallet.
- Step 2: Enter the amount and confirm to display the QR code.
- Step 3: Open the Touch 'n Go eWallet app and tap Scan. If you're on one phone, use the app's option to scan from a saved image, where available.
- Step 4: Check the amount and the recipient details, then approve with your PIN or biometrics.
- Step 5: Wait on the cashier screen or check your balance after a short while.
Make sure your eWallet has enough balance before you start, so the QR code doesn't expire while you top up.
Depositing with FPX
FPX lets you pay straight from your online banking without scanning anything. It suits players who usually play on a laptop or prefer to approve payments inside their bank's own pages.
- Step 1: Choose FPX in the cashier and enter the amount.
- Step 2: Select your bank from the list.
- Step 3: You are taken to your bank's login page. Check the address bar shows your bank's real domain, then log in as usual.
- Step 4: Review the payment details and approve it, usually with a TAC or an in-app confirmation.
- Step 5: Wait to be returned to the cashier. Don't close the window or press back while the payment is processing.
Your bank's TAC is meant only for you. Enter it on your bank's own page and never share it in a chat, even with someone who says they're from support.
What if my balance doesn't update?
Most deposits show up once the payment clears, but delays can happen, for example during bank maintenance. If your balance hasn't changed:
- Check your bank or eWallet history to confirm the money actually left your account.
- Don't pay a second time "to be safe". That only creates two transactions to trace.
- Message our support bot on Telegram with your username, the amount, the time and a screenshot of the receipt. Leave out your password and any banking login details.
Which method should I choose?
There is no single best option. Choose the one that fits how you already handle money:
- DuitNow QR if you use a Malaysian bank app every day.
- TNG eWallet QR if you keep money in your eWallet and want to keep your gaming budget separate from your main bank account.
- FPX if you play on a computer or prefer approving payments on your bank's own site.
Bank transfer and USDT are also available in the cashier. For a transfer, always use the account details shown for that deposit, because details can change. For USDT, double-check the network before you send.
A note on budgets
Quick payments make it easy to top up without thinking. Decide your limit before you open the cashier, and if you'd like a hard cap, ask support to set a deposit limit on your account. It takes one message and can be the most useful setting you ever change.
